Florist

Hi! I'm Luke Slater, a 22 year old Florist living in the South Coast of England. Passionate about design and flowers, I started my journey into this wonderful industry in 2021 as a Junior Florist at The Selsey Florist, and in September 2022 I pursued further training and education at City of Portsmouth College - studying the City & Guilds Level 2 Technical Certificate in Floristry. After that, I studied the City & Guilds Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Floristry at the prestigious Plumpton College. Most recently, I've joined the wonderful team at Blossom - Plant Boutique & Floral Couture in Horsham as a Florist.

With a love for all styles of Floristry, a theory wiz, a great eye for colour and the goal to constantly improve and expand my knowledge of floral design, I'm adaptable to all kinds of Florist environments. When not crafting my next arrangement, you can find me illustrating, longboarding and going for walks on the beautiful Littlehampton beach.
